15 Second Summary	A small mafioso who appreciates the finer things in life, Chuuya is Port Mafia's most powerful martial artist and wields some truly broken control over gravity that lets him do things gravity manipulation really probably shouldn't apply to but who are YOU to tell this stupid manga how physics works. He's the right hand to the mafia's disaffected and suicidal boss, Dazai, and in the past few years has chilled out and grown up as more and more work of keeping the mafia's day-to-day business in order falls on him. Though a nice enough guy who is easy to get along with, Chuuya is unconflicted about his criminal lifestyle and absolutely has some sadistic inclinations. He loves to fight, has completely conviction in his own strength, and is more than capable of getting his rocks off in a violent confrontation. His genuine love for his organization and inherit sense of responsibility toward it off set the fact that honestly he'd just sort of a punch happy hedonist at heart.

Clothing	Chuuya always looks his best, and will usually be wearing a pretty nice, retro-seeming outfit with one of those tiny jackets and a pair of thin and very soft leather gloves. He has a very nice heavier coat with him at all times but usually just leaves it draped over his shoulders. And then there is his hat, which he basically never takes off even if he's walking on the ceiling. Boy looks good.
Abilities & Permissions
Abilities	He can control the gravity of anything he touches in the most nonsense anime way possible, which ranges from stopping bullets the instant that he touches them, to changing the gravity of the space around him, to changing his own weight or that of anyone he touches, and if he powers up enough even creating blackholes. And if that wasn't enough he's also a highly skilled martial artist. He has a knife but mostly fights with his fists and feet. He could use a gun if he needed but he's frankly much more deadly without it. He is, in general a high tier badass when it comes to fighting, and can be pretty clever with how he uses his gravity manipulation.
